What's Included

Registration includes admission to all panels, keynote addresses, opening reception at the Museum of Modern Art, admission to the Art Institute of Chicago Museum, ARTSlam Sessions, gallery hops, and lunch Thursday and Friday, all free parties and networking events, and the Iron Pour Finale. Registrants may also register for optional fee-based tours and workshops.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing before September 15, 2012 and are subject to a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after September 15, 2012. All approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days of request to original paid credit card. Registrations paid by check will be refunded via check.

Your conference tote bag contains essential information about the 23rd International Sculpture Conference. Please pick it up as soon as you are able. Please note that the front entrance of the Art Institute of Chicago is closed before 10:30am. You must enter through the Modern Wing at 230 S. Columbus Drive for Thursday/Friday Registration.

Member Registration Details - $450

Open to current ISC Members. Membership must be valid through October 31, 2012. ISC Members who register by July 20, 2012 qualify for the discounted Early Bird Rate of $375. Early Bird registrants will be able to enter the littleSCULPTURE show, which will take place in the Chicago Arts District during the conference.

Attendees must use their own member numbers to register as a member. This will be monitored, and attendees who register using member IDs that are not their own may be disqualified from receiving this rate. Member number may only be used once, with the exception of University Level Members or Associate Level Members.

Student Registration Details - $100 limited - Must RSVP for wait list

Student Registration is limited.

The International Sculpture Center Development Team is hard at work raising funding for discounted student prices for the International Sculpture Conference. If you are interested in sponsoring a student, please contact events@sculpture.org.

Student Rate is open to currently enrolled full-time undergraduate and graduate students, and will become available as sponsorships are obtained. If you register as a student, you will be placed on a waitlist. For guaranteed conference registration, you must register as a member, or nonmember.

Students must submit a copy of current school ID within 10 business days or they may be disqualified from receiving this rate. Copy may be sent via mail, fax, or email. Contact events@sculpture.org for more details.

Attendees may only register as a student if they have not yet registered as a member or non-member for this event. All students will be required to fill out a post-conference survey as term of condition for accepting the student rate.

The Companion Rate - $75 (With Member Registration Purchase)

Each member may register only one companion, and companion registration does not include keynotes, panels, ARTSlams, Mentor Sessions, participation in the littleSULPTURE show, lunch during the October 4 & 5 programming, or conference promotional items including but not limited to the conference tote and other conference merchandise.


Late Registration - $600

Registrations will be accepted after September 15, 2012 on a space-available basis only.
Late Registration fee is a flat fee for all registration types.
