PATTERN DEVELOPMENT & DIGITAL MOLD
We have extensive experience in pattern development for major foundries across the globe. Using CNC milled urethanes and 3d printing processes we create sophisticated patterns for casting in metal, ceramic, resin and other substrates.
We can also create negative molds direct from digital files, circumventing and shortening the traditional mold making process.
Gilding in metals leaf of all types since 1980. Started as an art major at Portland State and morphed pretty quickly into the craft of gold leafing, particularly the medieval art of water gilding. Our team gilds for artists - large
and small projects, mostly working with the artist in the foundry or fabricator's facility.
